earers of the Black Staff, Book One of the Legends of Shannara duology, is now published and in fine bookstores everywhere. It is the continuation of the Genesis of Shannara trilogy and is set 500 years after the events in The Gypsy Morph.
Terry has finished writing the sequel to Bearers of the Black Staff, titled The Measure of the Magic. It will be published August 23, 2011 in the United States and a week later in Great Britain. For its release, Terry plans to visit Dragon*Con 2011 as Literary Guest of Honor as well as tour the New England area of the United States where he has not been in more than a decade.
